Quoting *~AngelEyes~*:" yeah I know what you mean. Hopefully you don't have any complications with this baby. I hate seeing people having complications with their pregnancies... it's no fun. :\"

Thank you. Me too. And I wish they would help you figure out what the pain is instead of just saying take tylenol for everything. Sometimes it's nothing but other times, it could be something. They have no idea without doing tests. SMH.

that's what I say. I don't understand why they won't even look to make sure for certain that everything's okay. it's always just gas or stretching pains with her. Well, this isn't gas or stretching pains here. This is full on cramps I'm having tonight. and when the baby moves it makes it hurt worse, and he's been constantly moving. It's honestly making me nervous every time he moves.

Mmhmm....been there. Drs just don't want to take the extra time to look bc they know EVERYTHING even when they don't always catch stuff. "Hmm...well maybe if you listened to me or did a test when I was telling you about the symptoms...you might have been able to catch it!" Lol

IKR? I had a bacteria basically eating at the lining of my stomach, causing me physical pain anytime I ate... three different doctor's said "Oh, it's just acid reflux" like dude, I know this isn't that... wanna know what's funny? The test they do for this bacteria is as SIMPLE as a prick of your finger... seriously, doctors are so lazy these days. You may have heard of it; H Pylori... let me tell you: IT SUCKS!

Oh yeah I've heard of it...lol. I got tested for it bc I had an ulcer with my last pregnancy and thought it had come back afterwards bc of my symptoms. They found no ulcer at the time but the test for H pylori was negative anyways. I would bet it does suck majorly. Lol. That's like the dr I was seeing before I ended up pregnant again. He found severe inflammation in my rib cage, in my stomach and my colon. But he basically gave up and said...Idk what's wrong with you. Really? Cause inflammation is a sign of an infection. It wouldn't just be there for absolutely no reason.

So far the cramps have spaced out more and more and have more or less stopped for now... feeling a tight pressure right under my breasts, in my upper tummy but otherwise no major cramping.

Well that's good as long as they didn't come back or you are having them today all over again. Sounds like maybe it was just Braxton hicks.

I'm having the same issue as *~AngelEyes~* and I'm only 26 weeks 1 day .... I know it's way too soon for labor but is this what it feels like, I'm having so much pain "down there" and it's intense.... I haven't started timing them though and do not have the convenience of just calling a doctor bc I live in Germany where everything closes at like 5 pm. :/

Um well I am not a dr. I can't say if you are having preterm labor. But I would sit down and try to relax and time the contractions. If you get at least 5 in one hour and they last longer than 30-60 seconds each, I would say you should probably head into see a dr regardless. What I've always been told to do is lay down on my left side and drink plenty of water and sometimes if the pain is consistent, to take tylenol. But if it's true labor, the tylenol won't help, neither will drinking water or laying down. This is not always the case though bc my third child who i had extreme braxton hicks contractions with never settled down no matter what I did. But I wasn't in full blown labor either. It just depends on your body. You may just have a really irritable uterus like I do. But I would still time the contractions and if you are feeling scared that it might be real labor, I would waste no time and just go get checked bc an irritable uterus can also be the cause of preterm labor in same cases. Good luck and I hope it settles down for you. But for now, I would just try to relax and see how if they come consistently for an hr first. Being with you being 26 weeks...it's "probably" braxton hicks. But you never know.

It probably was. The pains were like super sporadic... I mean, ranging from 6 minutes to 45 minutes apart... so it was like real hard to really time them. I've still been having them today but nowhere near as bad as they were last night thankfully. (I can actually breathe through them today unlike last night...) I've been up and going since 10:00, and out of the house since 11... FINALLY moving out of here... :D yay!

Yeah I would venture to say it's most definitely braxton hicks then if they were that sporadic. That's good! Hope you enjoy your new place and don't over do it!!!

yep. And I'm hoping to enjoy the new place. There's a few things that still need to be fixed, but at least this time the kitchen sink had a faucet that was in tact and a bathroom where the toilets didn't leak lol. It took them two weeks to fix the faucet in the bathroom and kitchen after we moved in... not to mention they didn't FIX fix the toilet, just put more grout down at the bottom of the toilet instead of replacing the ring that needed to be replaced. I'm so ready to get out of here, but I don't have the motivation to pack or clean anything, and we're (maybe) going to start getting stuff over there tonight.

Ah yeah well I can relate except in our case, we didn't get stuff fixed bc we were buying a house. The first place we lived in was a dump...honestly. It was falling apart. It wasn't dangerous for our kids to live in but just everything kept breaking and it was really old. The only reason we stayed was bc it was his grandma's house she used to rent out and she let us live there rent free. It just became WAY too much of a burden bc we were always pouring money down the tubes bc something would always break. I'm so glad we finally got a chance to move and I am quite happy with our house now. But we were a little misled with this house too except still couldn't do anything bc we are buying it. But the guy who showed us the house and my dad, who knows what to look for usually lied to us about some things working and we didn't find out they didn't until we got moved in. I was pretty mad! But oh well, they aren't major things.....just small things we were hoping would work and now we have to save money up to fix it little by little.
