My sister has this and I asked what snacks to get for her for my hospital bag and she replied with "chips or fruit snacks" I know she didn't want to make a big ol list but when I had my son I had tons of snacks in there that she loved (at the time she didn't have celiac disease) I need ideas please and if I have to go to a health food store to get her special snacks I will....I just don't want to get her anything that's yuck....so ideas please and thank you! :)

My MIL has it and she only eats fruit as snacks. Although, you can usually find gluten free versions of everything at the health food store. Or buy a gluten free brownie mix and make brownies for her.

They make all kinda gluten free snacks that are processed but I normally eat fruits and veggies in ranch or hummus, nuts and seeds, trail mix, dehydrated fruit and jerky, veggie chips, chocolate :)

Thanks. I wish I could do fruit but that's not really possible since labor can come whenever it wants lol unless I have a scheduled induction date. They have bananas and apples down at the snack place on the bottom floor of the hospital and I have change in my bag so that's an option too. I wonder if the quaker granola bars or the nutragrain bars are gluten free...Ill have to take a look at the store.

I'd just get naturally GF stuff because other items are pricey and to me, they are not worth the cost. The cookies taste horrible, especially. Udi's bagels and raisin bread is good, though... Just expensive!
