Is there anything I can take to help slim me down a little bit.
BTW I do breast feed so im wondering if there is anything i could take.

not much without the combination of eating good and working out.. and it usually suppresses being hungry but you gotta think, once you stop the pills youre body will go back to craving food

Noooo. Look into using myfitnesspal. It helps tremendously if you use it properly and there's ways you can account for breastfeeding. There's literally no pill you can take safely while breastfeeding.

Eating clean and exercise is the way to go to keep weight off long term. Any diet pill will cause you to gain the weight back plus more when you stop taking it.



Like someone else said, I would recommend the myfitness pal app. It's a really easy way to track everything you eat. & If you really want to do something extra, try natural food metabolism boosters.. like cinnamon. :) Good luck!

THIS. I was about to say you can't take anything while BF.

It's not really a diet pill, but I found it from Doctor Oz. I'm pretty sure it's not bad for you at all & it's natural since he recommended it. I haven't tried it yet though because I bought it, then I found out I was pregnant.
