Of Hemorrhoids, lol Seriously, These are the MOST painful they've ever been...and they're bleeding. I'm almost 8 months PP and I've had issues with them on and off since he was born (I've never had them in my life before giving birth). I've tried everything. Prep H, Tucks, hydrocortizone cream, Ice packs...warm baths , cool baths...EVERYTHING. They are so bad, they're keeping me up at night. Any suggestions??

You really need to see a doctor. There are prescription medicines that can help or if worst case surgery can be beneficial.

Thank you ladies! I am planning on seeing a Dr. after the weekend, but in the meantime I need some relief. I had my Husband look ( very embarrassing but I refuse to, I think I'd freak out lol) and he said they're pretty bad. Can someone tell me where I can get witch hazel?

Scratch that - I found tucks pads with witch hazel at walmart. Going to give that a shot.

Yes, those can be great as well. When DD was born, I would freeze a pad soaked with witch hazel and then sit on it. It helped some.

You also need to treat the root of the problem. Are you constipated all the time? Do you strain a lot to have a bowel movement? If that's the case, no matter what you do to treat you hemorrhoids, they will come back. You need maybe to have a stool softener daily, or a mild laxative, and work on eating stuff that give you better bowel habits such as food with fiber and lots of water. Exercise also helps. I've had them, and believe me they're not fun. Hope you can pinpoint what's causing them. :D
