How much does your 7 month old sleep and what is their sleep schedule like?
my 7 month old goes to bed around 9:30-10pm wakes up 2-3 times to nurse (im not sure about the times) and wakes up between 8-9am. Naps around 11, 3 and 6. sleeps for about an hour at each nap.
Mine goes to bed between 10:30-midnight and sleeps until 1030 in the morning. She will take a 20 min nap around 1:30. Then will take about an hour nap around 3:30.
My 7 month old goes to sleep around 8/8:30. If she is sleeping with me, she wakes intermittently throughout the night to nurse and I couldn't tell you how much but it's usually for just a few seconds until she latches back on. If she sleeps in her crib, she wakes up every half hour to every few hours with one big stretch towards the end of the night. She gets up anywhere from 6:30 to 8:30. She naps about two to three times a day and it's never at the same time, just whenever she is tired. I almost always have to lay with her when she is napping. We are currently in the process of getting her to sleep in her crib more and nap on her own more. It's a SLOW process lol
Mine goes to bed at night 9pm-8am, feeds then back to sleep until 11am. Awake until about 1pm, then another nap. Then another nap around three/four. Then another around six, then bed again. :)
My 7 month old goes to bed around 6:30-7 pm. Gets up about twice a night to eat midnight and 3 am. Sleeps until about 7 am. He naps 2-3 times a day. Average naps are 45 mins and one longer nap of an hour and a half sometime in the afternoon. Times vary depending on what we are doing and what parent is with him lol. When I am home with him he sleeps 3 times a day and with my husband once or twice if I'm lucky!
My daughter will be 7 months on the 27th... She goes to sleep 8-830pm, and sleeps usually straight through until anywhere from 730-9am .. she takes naps different times everyday, like today she woke up at 730, napped from 10-130, then napped for a half hour at 4 and she'll go to bed around 830.. im a SAHM so I let her nap when she wants too, but I am trying to get her onto a little more of a routine :)
