My 7 month old recently learned she can use her head and hit things with it. This isn't a major issue right now since she is young, I just don't want her to get older and still want to try to headbutt people. I was wondering if anybody else has dealt with this and how did you get it to stop? (When my DD headbutts- I tell her "no Eleanor" and if she does it again right after I sit her in her crib/floor with a toy or something to redirect her.) Any other suggestions? I'm not sure what else I can do with her only being 7 months

its a phase really. I think most kids do that around that age. lol you can keep up with the no don't do that but until she understands better or hurts herself enough, shes gonna continue to do it for now.
