For the last three days my daughter has had a bad cough, and its gets soo bad she coughs untils she vomits I believe its a sinus infection because she has a runny nose, and sounds a little congested so I called her pedi yesterday & they didnt have a opening so they were going to just call her something in well they never did nor did they return my call so Im wondering if I should take her to the ER tomorrow or wait for the pedi office to open monday? Shes not running a fever, but her cough sounds horrible! what should I do?

Maybe an urgent care, the emergency room wouldn't be the right place unless she is turning blue or unable to breathe
