i am on my phone so sorry for any mistakes. Well i know its only been almost 7weeks since i had my son and i know it takes time to lose weight. Well i have been okay with my body until tonight :( i have my wedding dress that i got it when i was 7 weeks pregnant and got it just a little bit bigger so that i would fit during my pregnancy well it fit up to like 20 something weeks. he and i were supposed to be getting married in October of last year but we post poned it until we decide a better date and other things. well i tried it on tonight and it does not fit its not my stomach its my back...it got wider during my pregnancy. i was wearing a 32 dd bra size. i am now 36 around in the same cup size. i need to lose that if possible. we haven't set a new date yet so i am not sure what kind of time frame i am looking at. Is it possible for you to go back to a smaller back if that makes sense or am i most likely going to have to get a new dress :'(((. any ideas of easy work outs would be great to know! TIA. this just is sad :(

7 weeks isn't that long. I wouldn't be discouraged, just excercise. Even if you don't lose the weight they should be able to alter your dress

I've been really worried about this myself. I was a 36C before and now am a 40DD!!!! Ive read a lot of ladies stories lately, and sometimes the ribs expand during pregnancy. For some women they go back down and for others they don't. I'm praying and hoping mine go back and I will keep my fingers crossed for you too! Congrats on the wedding, and you can always get the dress resized if you have to:)

I went from a 40DD to 46F never shrunk down. I don't know if bone frames contract. Like our hips don't unwiden really. It sucks.

i know for sure my hips got wider lol but i made sure it would fit my hips to. the whole shape of the dress is to hug my figure i just never thought my back would grow :(. My little man is well worth it even if i can't go back to my original size.

I don't know for sure why our chests expand. But I do know pregnancy releases hormones that relax all kinds of muscles. Some people's feet even grow/expand.

I read somewhere awhile back that said your heart grows by 12% from being pregnant

Permanently? I mean it makes sense because of all that extra blood it hast to pump.

It may or may not go back, just kind of depends. I know mine expanded at least one or two sizes while pregnant. And my feet got bigger :( which at 16 months pp none of it has gone back. I'd start looking for some alterers just in case. Good luck to you!
