heartburn at 4 and a half weeks? - : - *Lacey* - : - Portland, Oregon 15 posts

Hello ladies.
We're still in TTC limbo I guess. My wife last tested on 12 dpo (BFN obviously lol)... then had some bleeding that started on the 15th (the day AF was due) so we assumed this cycle was a dud. She told me on Thursday how her period had been really light, actually having ended that night (18dpo.) She took her vitamins that night before bed, and has had horrible heartburn ever since. She's never had heartburn in her life, none that she can recall anyway.

Anyone else have heartburn that started wk 4-5?

I don't want to ask her to test, since seeing a negative result won't be enjoyable for either of us... I'd rather her decide to test if she really feels like it could be positive.

Yeah hormones can cause heart burn. At least for me, that's one way I know when I pregnant is the heart burn starts

I'm pretty sure that I started getting heart burn when I was about 6-7 weeks with #1.

heartburn can happen and be completely non-pregnancy related.

I'm well aware of that. I just find it a little odd that shes never had heartburn before, and just so happens to get a severe case that has yet to actually go away, and showed up after what is currently being referred to as a light period.
