That's a Wolf Spider. Venomous, non aggressive... or so this website says, but I disagree. They like to be evil.

So when you say venomous, does that mean lethal? Or just mild pain and swelling? This is the second one I've found in my house...within the last few months. But the fact that there are any spiders in my house, is....BLAALJUFRALFJAFL!!! lol

They're not supposed to be lethal, but you never know with kids or elderly people. Their bite is really really painful though.

Yeah, they're scary. In the North you can drive down the road at night and see their eyes on the side of the road.
