Quoting #1HBIC:" Some people don't "believe" in it but other's do not see color. HONESTLY what is your stance on dating outside of your race?"

I used to be of the mindset that I would never date anyone of another race. I don't think I was reallly racist, I just didn't find anyone of another race attractive.

But now I'm married to a man who is hispanic, lol. Although he is like the whitest mexican I know.

Quoting drunk boobs.:" Not me, I can honestly say that everyone would talk about my first boyfriend because I am so skinny and he was overweight. I am the type of person that has to date a person that's my friend. "

That's good. but, I don't think that's typical.

not racist. there are some races and ethnicities that I'm not attracted to. I don't think I'm better than them or that they are lesser men b/c of their race - THAT would be racist.

My kids are mixed. 2 are white & puerto rican, 1 is white & native & lo is white. So I've dated different races. I'm not attracted to asian men. When I was younger I had a black guy who I was interested in but we never officially dated, mostly because my family wouldn't approve, they wouldn't care if I had black friends but I think they would be disappointed. Now that I'm older I realize how stupid of a reason that was to not date somebody who I feally liked

This an old thread, but... I thinks it just fine. I love my husband very much and we are very different people. Sometimes we clash because of are different backgrounds, but that is very possible in any relationship. Color ain't got nothin to do with nothin. Oh and he his Mexican and I'm of Euro descent. i.e. I'm down with the brown. :roll:8)
