im trying to lose about 40 :( i lost ONLY ten pounds when i had DD and it has been six months and i havent lost anymore at all

I gained 70 with DS. I lost about 40 and after I got my birth control I gained it all back plus some. Im tall and don't look as heavy as I am, but I carry it mostly in my stomach

How tall are you?
I'm 5 9 and I kinda have the same problem.



I gained like 60 pounds with LO! It sucked...

5'10. And I weigh 220. I have recently lost 20lbs since I moved to the country since im not living next to taco bell. Ugh. I used to weigh 140 when I married dh.

Why are you doing all these at one time?



Food changes as in we don't buy fast food/ soda/ snacks.



For snacks we have fruit, spinach wraps, cheese.
I'm just cutting the bad stuff out and using portion control. I don't eat as much anymore. and I'm just doing the squat challenge, 200 situps and pushups and jogging about half a mile a day

Me! My ds turns 6 months today and I haven't lost anything. I did at first but put it all back on. I am going to start drinking water and cooking better at home. I am also going to start hitting the gym again. I walk about 2 miles on the treadmill there and do lost of weight lifting and leg exercises. Plus I am going to start doing my dance game for my kinect. I am 5' 5" 210lbs. most of my weight is in my stomach as well.

so today, wasnt that great.
i did a little bit of the insanity workout.
25 squats
and am drinking my 3 glass of water..i have been up since noon, so i guess this is good:)

I plan to start working out really soon!! I could use some motivation ! LolI just bought a joggiNguyen stroller and plan to start running now that that the weather is getting nicer

I've been trying to work on this as well! I gained roughly 50lbs with LO, lost 30 and gained 20 back...I have cut back my soda intake, drink mostly water now. I walk down to my inlaws instead of driving (right down the road) and I've been doing the Just Sweat portion of my Just Dance 4 on the Kinect...I need to start doing it more tho, but when it says just sweat it frickin' means it!!! It also counts the calories you're losing when you do it. I've cut down on fast food as well.
