Have you talked to your ob? Maybe an anti-nausea pill could help along with more fluids. You def could be dehydrayed. Has your iron been low?

Hopefully you're just dehydrated :/ I say that because I use to drink LOTS and feel like that all day every day, for 9 months!

I felt like that with this pregnancy till my 20th week.... My headache would make me feel like my head was about to explode! And I would get pretty dizzy especially when I bent over... My Dr.s nurse told me its just bad morning sickness and to keep loootss of fluids in me and I would drink water of course and lots of powerade. I feel much better now so just give it some time. I know it sucks :/

You don't have to explain. Try eating some foods high in iron. Beans, red meats, potatoes. It should help your dizziness. Rest while you can and drink lots of water. See if that helps.

Let your ob know how you're feeling at your next appointment.

I had all that for months I am almost done with my second trimester and its slowly going away but I had it so bad til I was getting sick 20 times a day, but for me it was dehydration. I would call your ob and ask for nauseous pill they help.
