I wouldn't. They're very easy and inexpensive to make, and require no special skill.

I wouldn't pay anything. Tutus like that are nothing special.

They are really.... boring. I'm sorry mama.

You should try fixing them up. Adding ribbon, making them fuller, longer, add flowers and what not...

Something like lace would be really cute.. it really seems like every mother makes these. Be creative.

They take money, yes. But not much. As for time, they take MAYBE a half hour, and they're something anyone can make in their livingroom with 30 minutes to spare. I've been making them for years for my daughter. I'm not trying to be rude, I'm being honest. They are easy, they are inexpensive to make, and there is no special skill required. I would never pay for one that is done so basically, because a trip to Joanns and 20 minutes later, I could of done it myself.

Please don't take this meanly, but EVERYBODY and their sister knows how and make their own tutus. They're is no skill to make them, seriously loop and pull tulle on some elastic.
Yes, they cost money to make them but that is a cost that YOU acquire because you decided to make them.

Everything costs money.. She said inexpensive. It doesn't cost you $50 to make a basic one layer tutu like that. And if it does than the fabric you get .. You are being ripped off.

The tutus I would buy are the 2-3 layer with an attached petty coat type thing and also sewn together by machine. Not tied together by hand.

But that's just my 2 cents.
