The ones people are paying for though, aren't this basic.

Nobody is being rude. We are being honest. People are not going to pay for something they can do themselves cheaper. Have you sold your tutus before? If so, how much do you charge usually?

I would never buy a tutu like this, nothing sparks about it. It's like... just tulle?

Also, we are not being rude, we are being honest. You asked our opinions, we gave it to you. I'm sorry it wasn't what you wanted to hear, but sometimes that's how life works. If you want to sell them, you need to improve your ability.

Darlin, we have eyes. That's obviously a 1 layer tutu.

You read with your own inflection so take it how you will.
It isn't some special little market where only you know how to make them so you're in a high demand. So many SAHM have etsy's selling bows/tutus and every cutesy handmade thing under the sun. You need to find something unique about your own product if you want to stand out and make profit. But seriously, you asked an honest opinion on how much people would pay. Don't ask if you don't want feedback.
Like other posters said, change your design. Get better at what you do. Find something that makes yours stand out and then market them out.

Then why ask how much we would pay if they're not even finished yet?

People are not being rude they are being honest and with everyone and their mother making these you need to step it up a bit with how they look

I just looked at your boutique page on FB. All your tutus look the same, just different colors.

You asked what we would pay for one like those. When you ask that question and give those pictures, I'm going to base my answer off of what is posted, not off of what it could be turned into with embellishments. Even with embellishments added though, that is an extremely simplistic design that I could do in a half hour at home for under 10 dollars, I would not buy it. That's all there is to it. If you want to sell them, change your design and hone your craft.

You can make them for like 10 bucks. There are some mommas who make amazingly detail oriented ones that I would pay for. But a single layer loop and pull tutu isn't worth the shipping costs lol.
