Ok my DS just turned 2 on Easter and with another on the way I would like to have him mostly out of diapers by the time the baby gets here. I was a stay at home mom when I potty trained my 2 oldest. I dont know where to start since I work so much :/
I know hes ready because he takes his diapers off everytime he pees and poops :/

That doesn't mean he is ready. He's ready when he tells you he needs to go before he goes. The harder you push the longer it will take. Just get the potty out and see what he does

Look into elimination communication they have good tips for teaching the younger children. I don't agree you have to wait for your kid to turn five in order to potty train. Back in the day most kids were trained by the time they were a year to a year and a half.

Well when it comes to telling me we have a delay. He is actually being referred to an audioligist and speech therapists. So I dont really know how to communicate with him that way just yet.
Elimination communication is that a website? And my oldest DS was PT by 16 mnths or so and DD by 2 1/2. So I agree that you dont need to wait til 4 or 5. With the delays my DS has had I am afraid it will take longer then the other two.
