Quoting Clairebear & Abbey G :):" <blockquote><b>Quoting Just Ames:</b>" Yup. While my labor wasn't long (16 hours) but ... [snip!] ... an epidural so I had to have a section. The doc told me later it would've been a forceps delivery had I progressed properly."
It was awful. I was in every position you could think of. But I finally got him out. I love my Dr and L&D team for being patient and letting me do it on my own.
My second baby however was a different story. Labored for nearly 24 hours and pushed for an hour and a half but he legit wouldn't budge. I just couldn't do it. I can't tell you how many times I shit myself from pushing so hard  I was exhausted. He wouldn't descend. It was so bad that the Dr couldn't get a "safe" path for forceps. So I had a c section :(
Quoting Just Ames:" My first Son was born in posterior position. He nearly tore me in half and fractured my tail bone but he was alright :)"
