How did it go? Did the mediator ask questions or what? What kind of questions?

Mine was actually very short, because him and I couldn't agree on shit. I said what I wanted and he would say f**k no, and it was nothing bad, and then he would turn around and give what he wanted, which was really f**king bad, and I would say f**k no. The mediator actually had to come between us literally, because we were screaming at each other, so she just ended it and made us leave separately

the mediator i had was a complete b***h. she kept badgering me with all kinds of questions and focusing on trying to get me to give into everything my sons father wanted which was a bunch of bullshit. i finally had to just shut down because i was tired of freaking arguing with the mediator and having her not even turn to him to talk to him so the first session lasted about 1.5 hours. The second one we still werent even close to agreeing so after a half hour she closed it on us which was great because i wanted out of there. they ask you what your wanting and then they ask the other person what they want and then they kind of just go from there. mediation was hell for me. i am so glad that its all over with, its just a stupid court ordered process...i know it works for some but when you and the other person KNOW you wont agree with the other its just pointless to be forced in the room and sit awkwardly next to him for hours.
