He was very smart. we have a few accidents every year. we dont blame him. if he gotta go, he gotta go. sometimes if the wee pad has poo/piss on it and youre not home to clean it, he will do his business somewhere else, nearby. You just to give him time. He's like a toddler potty training. If he does good, act very happy and give him a treat.

A few weeks. My Maltese does his oopsies sometimes too. We just laugh and he hides thinking we will yell at him. But we don't mind. Everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect. We know its his pee cause it's very little. Our other dogs pee like a pool.
