Idk. I've learned to pick my battles and right now isn't the time to talk about it. I make sure the kids and dh get plenty to eat. But I tend to put myself on the back burner.

Yes I do, and yes the quality can be affected, I should of specified the supply isn't affected. But where I read about breastfeeding it was saying you could eat fatty fried foods and your baby still gets decent milk, and my supply hasnt changed since I've been crash dieting. I also take prenatals still so that helps. I know I shouldnt but i'm desperate to lose weight so I researched what I could do and that's what I got. But like everyone said, it's BEST to just eat healthy and regularly.

Ya well in AZ if you're not Mexican or illegal they give you the ropes. I was pregnant and they still made me apply for unemployment (even though I never been fired or layed off) So I could stay on state Medicare. My husband worked, I couldn't get a job because here employers CAN judge you when you're pregnant and not hire you so I literally couldn't find a job. AZ sucks. I hate being on state insurance, I have applied at the hospital and they told me Im next in line when a full time position opens up so its the waiting game :)

Can anybody help me come up with a meal plan that's about $75 a week? Lol. That would give us all enough food haha.

We eat lots of chicken meals. You can buy those huge bags of boneless skinless chicken breast at Walmart. We make fajitas, you can make chicken and rice (rice is cheap), chicken salad sandwiches, put chicken on lettuce salad (we like spinach salad). BBQ chicken, grilled chicken, chicken tacos, chicken alfredo. We bought a quarter of a pig for $150. That gets us pork chops, breakfast sausage, ham, pot roast, ham steaks, and bacon for about 1/2 yr. you can buy chicken thighs on the bone with skin and make your own breaded baked chicken. We also make stir fry. I buy hamburger when it's on sale and freeze it. We make hamburgers, tacos, goulash, chili, spaghetti.
