Mood swings... MissMommy ♥ Due November 18; Wisconsin 315 posts25th Apr
How can I control these crazy pregnancy mood swings?! They're taking such a huge toll on my relationship. I'm plain and simply a b***h to my boyfriend. We argue constantly and 9 times out of 10 it's over nothing. I cry at the drop of a pin and he hates that too. I don't know what to do! I don't want to lose him over my mood swings. Will things go back to normal with my emotions soon? What can I do to make things better between us? I'm a crazy psychotic b***h and I hate it!

Ahhhh I'm the same way (only it's at work and not with husband because he waits on me hand and foot and their nothing to get mad at him about) and it's killing my career!
I have found lots of sleep and eating healthy has helped mine.

The raging hormones tend to settle around 12 weeks. I agree with the poster above...try to rest as much as possible and try to eat a healthy balanced diet. Maybe try going to prenatal groups..prenatal yoga?

i am the same way...was not like this with other pregnancies - it is a little better now, but still super moody and i am 23 weeks tomorrow...my husband is doing a good job of just rolling with it, but when i feel crabby, i usually try and tell him and then get out of the house for awhile.
