I told SO that I would make him dinner this weekend. He's been going through a lot and he deserves it. I'm a shitty cook, I only bake. I've been looking on pinterest and I can't really find anything I'm nuts about.

What does your SO/DH love to eat?

I was thinking maybe a pasta dish?

SO's favorite is this corn flake chicken that I found on Pinterest. It has a cream sauce and is served over the bowtie noodles. Sooooo good. Let me see if I can find the recipe.

Chicken Alfredo is the shit lol. He loves it, and its so easy!

Marinade 3 chicken breasts in wishbone Italian dressing for 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken and then slice it.
Make some pasta (i use penne pasta)
Mix your pasta and cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce. (i use classico 4 cheese Alfredo)
Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and bake until its melted.

If he could eat buffalo chicken dip as a meal... he would

I'd have to say his favorite is chicken alfredo. I bake the chicken (season them first) and then use canned alfredo... but I season that was well. And voila. Lol.

I'm pretty sure my husband's favorite dish is chicken adobo. It's really easy to make in a crock pot.
