What's your workout routine for weight training?? Upper and lower body? What machines do you use and how much weight to do use ?? I'm Not trying to lose weight. Looking to build muscle, tone and increase the booty. So far this is what I do.....
Lower- hip abduction, leg press, glute machine
Upper- assisted chin dip, pull down, bicep curl,

I LOATH machines!!!
I do body weight HIIT. Some moves will involve sandbags, free weights or med ball. All moved are using multi muscle groups at a time.
I've never been able to get in good shape just hitting machines or targeting specific muscles, meaning no legs day, upper body day etc.

I use kettlebells... I LOVE them.



I have lost 12 lbs in two weeks, (I had a bit of extra weight), but now I am slowly gaining it back and my pants are still continuing to be loose.

Kettlebells are cool. But I actually injured my knee doing squats with a kettle bell. So I'm staying away from those for my lower body. I use kettlebells for my arms.
