Definitely the lightest I've been since I was about 17 years old, and I've lost about 15 lbs in the last 3-4 months. Hubby is in AWESOME shape too, definitely the best shape he's been in since we've been together! He's lost 20 lbs in the last MONTH! Anyway, this is me today! I really want some abs this summer dang it!

Thanks girls :) I've stopped eating grains and added more veggies and more healthy fats to my diet. I run more and honestly I'm sure stress from nursing school has played a part. Hehe

Okay, I have to admit I'm jealous of your abdomen. You look fabulous! Mine will never look anything like that. What's your secret?

I quit eating wheat over a week ago now, and I have lost weight and bloating. It's crazy.

Jealous! What's an example of what you eat on a daily basis?!

Breakfast is usually a scrambles egg, some sharp cheddar cheese and an apple or some grapes.... Lunch I either do a chicken salad or steak salad, and snack on cashews, almonds, cheese, avocados, throughout the day. Dinner is almost always steak or chicken with veggies and cheese. I am kind of on a ketogenic diet but not as strict (personally, for migraines- my medications don't help as much as I'd like), but lots of people do it for weight loss. Dinner is almost always steak and 2 veggies.
