Night terrors are normal. It's just a reaction/reflexes. She's okay, my daughter did it too.

Because she's growing and learning new things all the time? Babies will constantly randomly start new things! Part of being a baby.

Completely normal for baby's to get scared.

Is she just throwing her hands up and not making noise? That's completely normal.

Otherwise it might be night terrors, which is also normal.

My son used to do that for about the first 3 months. It would never wake him up but he would jump and his arms and legs would fly up..I think it was sort of like that "falling out of the bed" feeling. You know, when you're sleeping or laying down and feel like you are about to fall out of bed and you're really like, 2 feet away from the edge, lmao.

Hate that lol! Go back to sleep but pissed that I woke up in the first place. Although a couple times I have fallen out of bed lol.

Lol I know right? I think I get more pissed if I'm like, laying in the middle of the bed (a king, too, so there is tons of room on either side) and I am awake and it happens. I'm like, WTF! Seriously? Haha
