My 3 month old wont sleep at night no matter what I do, I have her on a schedule she wakes up at 8am nap at 12 and I try to get her to bed around 7 but it's almost 11 and she's still up and it's been this way ever since she got home from the hospital recently, I try rocking her singing to her cuddling in bed with her nothing helps, has anyone gone through this and if so what did you do?

7 might be too early of a bed time.

What does your routine consist of?

I give her a bath and read her a book and she never had a problem until she was in the hospital.

Well mine did until she was recently in the hospital...she's slept through the night and everything, has been for awhile now with no problems until now.

I'd just keep working with her. The stay probably disrupted it, so it's like learning it again.

I was always told they would eat every 3-4 hours till 6 months or older? How does that work with her sleeping through the night? Maybe she's just needing to be fed more? Is she bottle or BF? I don't think there is a big difference between the two when it comes to frequency of feeding though

She eats 6 ounces at a time and she never had a problem sleeping through the night until now well since she started sleeping through the night, but my problem is getting her to sleep, and she's bottle fed.
