What kind of company? What is the position? Different types of places require different interview clothes.

I wouldn't worry about hiding the bump. They're going to know you're pregnant. Unless you start right away and then in a week go "Okay, guys, see you in 6 weeks! Surprise! Gotta go have a baby!" Are you planning on waiting until after the baby to start?

how big is your bump? I think you should probably be honest with them and see if they foresee any positions in about 10 weeks.

Quoting James Mama:" I am flying to California for the interview which is going to cost like 500$ and it took a year to get this interview!! I dont want anything to mess it up!"

I know, the timing kinda sucks but if you aren't honest they may not feel like they can trust you as an employee, kwim? But maybe a loose black dress so it won't hug your belly and the color will make it look a little slimmer.

You need permission from your doctor to fly I'm pretty sure. Doesn't sound like a good idea.

My doctor said no flying after 32 weeks and some airlines actually have policies so you should look into it before booking just in case!

Southwest Airlines

  • No restrictions, but airline strongly recommends against flying at 39 weeks or later.
  • Pregnant women may be asked not to sit in the emergency exit row.
