Asking for advice is not being lazy. They are probably just worried about their child.

hmmm.

Yeah, well, I'm glad you can enjoy your kids crying. Most people do not enjoy it. Hell, we're PROGRAMMED to not enjoy it, so we'll take care of the issue to get them to stop crying.

Mothers aren't lazy because they're asking for help. That means they're smart, and they're trying to do whats best. Yes, some kids are just fussy. Wouldn't you rather a mother ask though and possibly get tips to make her AND the baby happier? Rather then holding a screaming baby for hours and basking in their cries?

jeeeeez. I wasn't aware that asking for help now makes people lazy.

not everyone can be the perfect mother, like you.
I love my children and love cuddling but not at 3 am. < horrible, lazy parent right here.

True, but some of those ladies are ridiculous. Some just make it sound like they're more upset about having to stay up during the night or dealing with long periods of crying. That's what annoys me.

This! There could be other factors the parent isn't mentioning as well.

Lol, never said I enjoy it. I just know it's normal to not sleep all throughout the night with a baby who is 10 days old.

Most people can become overwhelmed easily when they are exhausted. I think you need to try and not be so judgemental.

That's difficult to do. Some women are isolated. Some have no help. Some have PPD. Getting used to a baby that is screaming constantly, and not getting sleep, is hard to handle.

It takes time to adjust, and some people need to vent or ask for help to get into the swing of things. That doesn't make them bad.

I can fully admit I HATED when my son was fussy. And he was a FUSSY baby, lol. It wasn't fun. It wasn't nice. I was tired as f**k and he screamed all the time. I couldn't get help because he was EBF. It sucked! I understand why Mom's get annoyed and frustrated. With some babies, it's hard as f**k. lol

I'd be annoyed with the long periods of crying at night.

You said "I love the nights that my daughter keeps me up for hours on end because I know one day she won't be needing me like she does now, so I embrace it." Therefore you enjoy it.
