how do you track your temperature when ttc ?

yea but you can use either...if you go to fertilityfriend.com it'll tell you all you need to know about charting and tracking your temps :)

You really should use a basal one. I have used both and for some reason the basal ones work best. Not sure why but they do. You need to take your temp first thing in the morning before you get out of bed. It is also best of you do it at about the same time everyday. I have been doing it for years and it is actually pretty easy.
