sheesh...how do people nt show for so long? i show waay earlier than most people are saying. with my first i think people would comment on my pregnancy by around 15 wks maybe? the 2nd was pry by 12. this time i already had a little belly at 9 wks. i'm 22 wks now and i can't imagine people not being able to tell.

Heh, same. I'm starting to feel like a whale because of these comments . I've had one comment about my bump already and I haven't even hit 14 weeks yet.

For me its because I am extra fluffy. (lol), others its just the position of the uterus and how the baby is inside.

On my first no one realized I was even pg throughout the whole pg.lol Then after that bam. I think a lot of it is bloat, but I do start showing way earlier than most. My last baby I was HUGE.lol All belly. Of course this pg number 7 for me. I guess everyone is different and so is every pregnancy. Just depends on how your body reacts to pregnancy. :)

So do I. It's embarrassing :( I told my SO not to say a word about my bump until after 14wks because before then it's bloat and that I'd punch him. It's still more bloat then bump but I can feel my uterus right under my belly button at least now lol

With all I bloated right away. But if I wore something tight you could see my bump. With my 1-12, 2-10, 3-8, 4- 6 ended with miscarriage at 14 weeks, 5-6, 6- was ectopic 2 weeks ago I had emergency surgery to save my life. But they couldn't tell how far along.

I didn't really start showing sooner. I'm just bigger this time around.

I'd wear clothes that kind of hid it because I was embarrassed answering 'oh I'm only XX weeks' lmao
This is the 3rd one it's reached my belly button by 15 weeks too.
It's just stopped there and grown wider though lol.

In the first trimester your uterus is still behind your pubic bone isn't it? I'm pretty sure anything before 12-13 weeks is just bloat. With DD I showed at 16 weeks and I'm 7 weeks now but it's all bloat for sure.

Yeah it normally is.
This is the 3rd pregnancy that mines been palpable and dr has said it measures 14 weeks when I was 6 weeks(and with empty bladder) but I think it happening is more an exception lol hence why the dr panicked a bit.
With my first son (2nd preg) I showed at 20 weeks.

Yep, that would be correct. The uterus isn't out of the pubic bone til 12 weeks.

Just because its the 3rd doesn't mean your uterus grows above the pubic bone any faster, it just means your muscles are probably more relaxed and a pouch will show quicker.

Maybe you didn't understand that.
With an empty bladder, laying on an exam bed, a dr felt my 6 week uterus and said it measured 14 weeks and sent me for a scan.
It was preg 4.
I didn't mean she felt or compared my bloat to 14 weeks lmao

Oh I thought you meant she measured from the outside with a measuring tape.
