I'm having my first garage sale next week and I want to get an idea of if I've priced these items ok. They are all in great condition, clean, and the electronic ones work like new.

originally $70ish.

What about newborn and infant outfits that were barely worn?

Also, I'm making some signs ahead of time. I made an "All Sales Final" sign, a "free" sign for random crap that I'll just throw away if no one wants it, and a few dollar amount signs. Are there any other signs I could make now??

Any other garage sale tips are welcome!!!

In the same order
40
15
50
20

Start by adding 5 dollars and if they are not falling for the price drop 5 prices that I just posted. As for clothes $1 , 5 depends.

Ok good, then I'm not over pricing them, lol. I'm scared that people are going to look at the prices and laugh in my face! But this crap was expensive and it's all in close to perfect condition! My LO is not a destroyer at all.

Dont put the prizes write them all down in a notebook or memorize them. Mostly say a price and then ask them how much are they willing to offer and bargain with them if they say 20 you say 25.

Should I just not put the prices on the "big" items?

Yes, they are all like brand new, I've even had them stored in their own boxes for the last 2 years. I just put them together today and wiped them down. The Travel system is a lot more used but still works perfectly and I would have used it again had we had another kid.

Honestly I wouldn't pay those prices at a garage sale, the most I would pay is in order:
20
5-7
35
10

I have gotten every single thing here in different patters at garage sale and I paid
Rainforest jumper-5
same stand play thing-3
similar travel set-30
big swing instead of small-15

Yeah, everything she priced was a lot more than I did, lol. But I am going to go up a few bucks on few things and if people want to haggle they can.

If you want to make money off of these things then I would suggest selling them locally online. Facebook should have a buy and sell page in your area or Craigslist. People who go to garage sales are looking for dirt cheap stuff.
