Long story short i had a u/s last week and at 34 weeks she was measuring 6 lbs and 2 weeks ahead, at my dr appointment my fundal height was only measuring 32 weeks. In your experiences what is most accurate??

US can be off up to a pound either way. Id say US but fundal hright can also be off if baby is low and engaged or if there is alot of amniotic fluid.. People can meausre weeks ahead and have small babirs and vise versa! Its hard to say really

My son measured 7lb 4 Oz at 33 Weeks ultrasound and the fundal height was 34 in. he was born at about 39 Weeks and weighted 9 lb 4 oz. so in my experience the ultrasound was more accurate.
