How do you cook yours and what side dishes do you like with them?

We get the kind on the bone still, i like marinating it in soy and garlic and lemon juice and a bit of olive oil and grilling it!so good, serve rice or risotto or pasta ,

Arugula salad usually gruyere scalloped potatoes.
I will season my lamb chops with fresh thyme, rosemary, olive oil (or safflower, grape seed), sage and salt and pepper.
I'll sear it and then put it in the oven for a few minutes. Delicious!!
