What advice are looking for?
I got pregnant at 4 months PP after having my son via c-section. My c-section with that pregnancy was my 3rd c-section but my only so close after surgery. My pregnancy went fairly well, I did have issues with my internal incision at the end. Those issues were due to irregular labor in the last few days before my scheduled repeat and L&D blowing off my concerns. My only advise is that if you are in pain and those pains don't feel normal don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Make sure L&D contacts your Dr with all concerns and you hear back from them personally. You should be fine, complications are a concern but not normally a problem.

My second pregnancy, c-section and recovery were easier than the first.
I've heard of moms getting pregnant as soon as the 6 week pp bleeding period was over after a c-section. It happens sometimes and most of the time it's not a big deal. I personally got pregnant once a year after a c-section (vbac'ed) and then was pregnant again about 10 months after that baby was born.
That ended up being my second c-section after a failed vbac. My second c-section was actually a lot easier than the first. The healing time was a lot less and so was the pain. I even ended up with a weird incision during my 2nd one because of the issues I was having with the baby. I ended up with a sideways L incision instead of the regular bikini line incision. the issues were unrelated to my previous deliveries.
