I wouldn't, not until all vegetables have been introduced....unless he's constipated.

Did you wait until she was 6 months and introduce them one at a time, starting with veggies?

I wouldn't. She doesn't need it and it has a lot sugar.

This is all up to you momma. DS will be 7 months in two days and he has had every baby food and every infant juice. I don't give a shit who it pisses off. He was ready for soilds at 4 months formula was NOT enough. YOU are the parent YOU know whats best for YOUR baby. When DS gets it he also gets his little teeth brushed after. As well as in the AM and before bed. I say yes just make sure its in MODERATION.

:!: and its not just sugar. Just about everything contains high fructose corn syrup and pretty much every juice it from concentrate. Give her fruit. Or try making make your own juice.

My dentist also advises against giving children juice before 2.

DD is 9 months old and has been getting 100% juice since she was 4 months old (and before anyone "lectures" me is was doctors orders) now she gets a sippy cup of diluted apple juice every day with breast milk and 3 sippy cups of water. I would say your okay to give LO juice as something sweet for her to drink as a treat.

I wouldn't. Juice is pointless. Water is, obviously, a much better choice.

I just don't get why a baby needs a treat... Like why set their bodies up to crave junk? And apple juice is more of a constipator, so if you are going to use it for that reason go with 2 oz of prune.
