While I was working out today I had to use the bathroom. There was a lot of blood on the toilet paper.
I went straight to the ER because I couldn't get a hold of my doctor (Stupid Sunday).

They did all my vitals and checked my cervix. Everything was fine, I even got to see the baby and the heartbeat is at 170 (hope that means girl!)

The doctor said I'm just being too hard on myself. I need to relax more and not work out as much.

I've been there. Except in my case in my last pregnancy, I never did anything to cause the bleeding. I was bleeding so bad at 8 weeks, 4 days and cramping so bad, I was freaking out that I was miscarrying. Turns out the dr classified me as a threatened miscarriage even though my cervix was closed. The baby's heart rate was great which I was SO relieved to hear. I had to rest a lot during that pregnancy because my cervix was easily irritated and I would spot on and off at random times. I hope it's a girl for you!
