my son is three months and just started in his crib, what we had to do was put a soft blanket under the crib sheet cause the vinyl mattress made noise when we layed him down in it. he know sleeps all night in his crib. before he would only sleep on my chest.

Quoting JennaLovesRayLynn:" Lol. Seems we all have the same problem. I love sleeping with her but her daddy likes to take up half ... [snip!] ... on her own. As it is, I have to swaddle her to get her to sleep most nights, and she likes it but she sweats so much in it."

bed sharing helps reduce SIDS :)

It's funny because I have three bio babes and my first two I swore I would never co-sleep and now what am I doing with my 7 month old co-sleeping but it is just so much easier since she is breastfeeding and not taking bottles she still wakes up several times a night. Easiest way to stop is not to start lol

I dont see anything wrong with co-sleeping. my 12 y/o daughter slept with us till she was 4. My hubby had to stand in her doorway like a guard bc she wanted him to protect her till she fell asleep. After that she was on her own like a big girl, she didnt need daddy anymore. My 4 year old son however ends up in big sisters bed, or creeps into our bed, he never stays in his bed. And we now have a 1 mth old son. I just know the boys will be in our bed for years!! :/
