19 year old Holland, a man with down syndrome proudly held up a drawing for a picture that was later taken & made into memes replacing the picture with vulgarity. Some didn't make the picture into something vulgar but still changed his picture or used it for joking purposes. The family & Holland were emotionally devastated after finding one of the memes nearly a decade after the picture was taken. They are suing for 18 million. If you have/or had a SN child, would you sue? Does it make it different that you put it out there for the public to see in the first place? What would you do?
They put it out there and every adult should know just how douchy the world can be. The people making fun of it are douches
No, I wouldn't sue. Special needs or not.
I would be upset but money won't fixed that.
Quoting ℳary ℐane:" No, I wouldn't sue. Special needs or not. I would be upset but money won't fixed that. "
People are so quick to sue.
