eh their were interracial couples with a similar view point 60 years ago ... doesn't matter interracial marriage didn't destroy 'traditional' family values the way everyone thought it would. Why would gay marriage be any different?

Good question for the person in the video and the cheering audience.

that is like comparing apples and oranges...... divorce , premarital sex, adultry, abortion & drug abuse have already broken down societies view on ''family''. I am not judging anyone , just stating a clear fact.
Its like drawing attention to someone stealing a car from a garage(gay marriage) but not caring that the whole house is burnt to the ground.
For gay marriage to affect traditional marriage/family there would need to be a much larger ratio of ''traditional'' familys.........

WBC is the opposite of christianity......christianity is to be ''christ like''. Its blatently obvious that WBC doesnt practice being christ like. Sorry off topic :)

Yes, she is clearly a radical. But, the radicals are shaping our culture.

Somewhat. But there are radicals on both sides of the spectrum on any political or social issue.

True. But I don't think there is anything radical about current laws. Sure, there is room for significant improvement but our system isn't radical.

I agree on the laws, but there are radicals who are more extreme then the laws, in terms of gay marriage, say.

I guess that was my point. There are radicals who want gay marriage to destroy traditional marriage (which IMO is a very small minority) and those that want to completely outlaw gay marriage in all forms, on the opposite ends, while the majority fall in the middle, somewhere between eh, I'm not cool with it but whatever, to yeah, everyone should have equal rights to marry. While our government has a ton of issues, at least the laws in some cases it tends to fall in the middle, instead of the radical extremes.
