Just keep at what you were doing before you got pregnant. But they say you shouldn't start exercising in the middle of your pregnancy if you haven't been doing anything, especially if you are out of shape.

Suzanna Bowen's Long & Lean Prenatal Workout! It's kinda like pilates.. but you definitely feel the burn! Squats are always good too, and just walking in general.

go on walks! do elliptical! I continued my exercise regimen with the ok from my dr. I would say being in the 3rd tri stick to walks and ball exercises :) good luck! and enjoy working less!
