OMG Pinterest chicken recipe. Yummy! I like to make homemade Alfredo sauce with it and serve with penne noodles and roasted garlic broccoli. I I make this everyone eats everything!
The Alfredo sauce is key. Never buy Jarred sauce its so easy to make.
Its not healthy thou lol.
1 stick of butter, 2 garlic cloves grated down or minced. 2tb if flour. Make a roux and then add 1-2 pints if heavy cream slowly stir in and keep mixing until you get the right consistency. Then add a bag or two of shredded Parmesan cheese. Sooo amazing!
Favorite thing to MAKE is ranch chicken. Because I hate cooking and it's super simple.
It's a 9x13 baking dish filled with a pound of chicken cubed covered in ranch dressing and topped with Italian bread crumbs. Put in the oven on 350 for 45 minutes and dinner is served. 8)
Eta my recipe:
2 regular sized, premade pizza crusts
20 oz ground turkey
1 can refried beans
An onion, diced
Sour cream (we use greek yoghurt)
Cook the meat like you normally would to make tacos. Cook refried beans and mix with 1/3 c salsa (or more if it's still too thick) and divide evenly between crusts. This will be the "sauce." Then sprinkle with onions, add meat and cheese (to taste) and bake according to instructions.
Does anyone have a recipe for meat loaf they'd be willing to share????? Prefer. One that you've made and enjoyed! Thanks ladies
