My son's poo has been like guacamole four times today but he is acting 100% normal. He said his belly hurts but he isn't acting sick, still playing hard. Any idea what it is or if it's a big deal?

Has he had any green vegetables in the last couple days? My daughter's poop turns green when she eats a lot of veggies.

It COULD still be a virus. Not all viruses cause vomiting. My kids just got over a virus in which they all had green poop and said their stomachs hurt but they never threw up. But otherwise, it could also be considered "normal" too if he's eaten anything green lately, TRIX cereal will turn their poop funky colors including green, some juices will cause green poop. It's definitely not a big deal in either case. Just make sure he's drinking plenty of fluids in case.
