Tingling hands are normal. Shakes could be blood sugar or nerves. Disoriented is odd.

Could be blood pressure, blood sugar, dehydration, pre e.

With a list of things like that try eating and drinking something, relaxing. If it doesn't go away then I would see about testing your blood pressure. If it continues with no change then I would call your doctor in the am.

I would say eat a sugary snack and drink 4 glasses of water and see how you feel. sounds like dehydration and low blood sugar. if that doesn't help within 30 min. call the triage unit at your hospital
