Quoting *Lindsey*(28 weeks):" I love making meatloaf. My family loves it. I do make lasagnas lots and ill make a few and freeze them. ... [snip!] ... or going to be home lol) I also make a lot of chicken casserole dishes. So easy and you just throw stuff in adn let it bake. "
DH is Italian, so we eat a lot of pasta! I love it, but sometimes I want something new. I don't think I've ever made meatloaf before, but I'm sure DH would like it. He likes meat. Personally, I could probably be a vegetarian.

We eat a ton of pasta too. I get sick of it but my hubby and kids could eat it everyday. Its his favorite thing to eat. I love meat...specially steak which hubby doesnt really care for. hes more of a chicken and hamburger guy.

Quoting Squeaky McGee [27 wks]:" This sounds good! DH and I have made eggplant lasagna before. It was delicious, but time consuming!"
I love eggplant! The veggie lasagna is easy to prepare. The directions look crazy but its really not. So yummy!
I also buy Pillsbury's pizza dough, rub it with fresh grated garlic and olive oil. Then precook it for 5 minutes. Top with thick Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, chopped spinach and cheese. SO YUMMY! I serve it with a nice healthy salad.
