We have one of each already, so we're toying with letting it be a surprise, but I'm gonna try some of the old-wives tales just for shits & giggles.

Well, I went ahead and told my Husband, and my mom last night that I am expecting again-Unfortunately it wasn't a joyous occasion because I was spotting briefly yesterday, and I felt like they deserved to know BEFORE i miscarried... if that was what was going to happen. Now, at least til Monday, I just feel helpless, like I am waiting for the worst to happen. My only hope right now, is that I haven't had any more spotting since yesterday evening. I really hope this baby sticks. I have been mildly crampy but I think some of that is normal. So, if you pray, please pray that I don't lose this baby.

CeCe, it was very pale pink, and it was only there when I wiped. Nothing on a pad, or in my underwear... but I have been pregnant twice before, and NEVER had any bleeding once I found out I was pregnant, so I was taken very off guard. I called the doctor yesterday, and they said some spotting can be normal, but to come in on Monday... so I am just trying to enjoy Mother's day weekend, and not worry to much, and hope that it doesn't start up again. I picked my kids up a lot yesterday, so I am hoping it was just overuse of my body. I am taking it easier this weekend, and praying A LOT!

I had the same thing with DS. I went in and everything was perfectly fine. It is very scary though. Good luck! Hope you are able to get some rest. Try not to stress, which is easier said than done!

I never spotted with my first, and so far no spotting with this one, but with my son I full on BLED when I was about 6 weeks. And it was a strange orangey color too. Went to the ER and got to see his heartbeat ;) The only consequence was being put on pelvic rest for the remainder of the first trimester.

We will pray for you & baby *hugs*

It's really weird but it really hasn't kicked in yet, or sunk in that I'm really pregnant. I keep worrying about the "what if's". I don't know what's wrong with me, I think I'm just over thinking it about it.. I've never had any problems, and the pregnancy with my son was perfectly healthy, I had no complications at all. Are any of you ladies feeling something similar to this?
