i understand where you are coming from but it is very difficult to win a malpractice case and it wouldn't be worth the cost of hiring a lawyer for something this small..




but yes she could complain, he will say sorry and won't do it for her next pregnancy

Oh I am not saying to sue him, just complain. Just the thought that he could be taken to court might make him think twice before he does it again.

Yeah i will definitely ask just didnt think it was something to really call about if i make it to next tuesday i will ask him. :)
