I posted earlier about transitioning my daughter to bed. Tonight we started. I was really worried but my friend suggested this pandora station. So I turned it on on my phone, gave her binki and sat down(I'm slowly gonna walk away until I'm out). She sung to Louis Armstrong and then drifted off to sleep.

My question does anyone leave the music playing all night? Is that bad for her? If you leave it all night do you use a sound machine or a radio? What do you play on it?

I wonder how to get it on all night. Just a cd? I can't leave my phone in here all night

SO and I have always listened to country music at night. DS is in our room so he listens to it all night, too.

When he grows up he will either love country music or despise it. lol

We play music all night for our kiddos, it helps them sleep and blocks out other random noises. We do pandora too, though it shuts off sometime during the night

I just turn the TV to our cable's music channels. No commercials so its all music. Then set the TV to sleep mode after an hour.

I don't go tvs in bedrooms.

I'm gonna hit the thrift store for an old CD player and then my friend is giving me a lullaby cd. I'm gonna eventually burn one though

I play ocean sounds for DD everynight. It relaxes her and she falls asleep very quickly. We've been using nature sounds since birth and it's worked like a charm.
