I think there is a condition in pregnancy that can develop called PUPPS. Have you tried lotions and such?

It sounds like PUPPs, I had it and it sucked, unfortunately the only cure for it is giving birth, but there have been some things that people have gotten relief?

does it look like this?

I've had some circulation issues in my legs and sometimes my arms that cause me to itch, but its been a continuous thing for me since I was 13 well before I was pregnant but just got worse with pregnancy. My legs go purple and red and very patchy when they start to itch, but then I find sitting in the bath, propping my feet up a bit helps, or if its brought on by my standing I can either move around a bit or sit down. But it happens any time, no matter what I'm doing. It could be a circulation problem or like the others are saying, PUPPs.

Call your OB when they open this morning. You could be just fine but I knew a woman who was 34 weeks and had extreme itching in her hands and feet and they took her from Dr office to hospital and delivered the baby that day because it was a sign of a liver complication. Don't stress momma, but please see a Dr today. For now to relieve it try oatmeal bath.

My sister had this when she was pregnant, she had to be induced early, 36 weeks I think but her and baby were just fine. :)
