Nap with your toddler or do house work while they sleep? If you do sleep, do you wake up before them so you can get some house work done?

I usually nap with DD even though I have tons of house work to do. I can sleep for 8 hours at night and still be exhausted all day. I'm not sure why I'm like this but I probably should get it checked out. No matter how much sleep I get, I'm still tired and feel like I haven't slept in days.

Sometimes I nap, sometimes I do housework, sometimes I just watch TV. Depends on the day

My 2 year old naps, my 4 year old and I do her reading lesson & then she goes to her room for an hour of quiet time and I collapse on the couch and enjoy my break. Everything else waits.

Usually I lie on the couch with her because I'm lazy and dr Phil is always on when she naps :)

I so know how you feel, no matter how much I sleep the night before I feel like I haven't slept in days and my body feels like it's falling apart. My dr thinks it is depression but I'm not sad or upset just sleepy lol.

I nap while she naps, usually. Or use it to just have some "me" time. On the weekends, DS is home from school and I can't nap because he doesn't. But either way, nap time is my time, not cleaning time
I do the cleaning while the kids are up and playing.

I do almost all the housework/ showering/ internet stuff while DD is sleeping. That way when she is awake we can cuddle and play together. When she's up, she makes sure to keep me busy lol.

Half and half. DS has never slept more than 4hrs straight at night in 15 months and we are non-CIO, partly co-sleeping so if I'm feeling like I need it, hell yeah, I'll nap w/ him, dishes be damned!

Hehe I watch my DVR stuff but after a show I'm like maybe I should nap too... And then when I do she decides to take a really long nap and so my nice nap becomes rushing to feed her, feed me, get us both ready and out the door so I can make it to school lol
