Have you ever just woke up one day and looked at yourself and were like.. "where the hell did all this weight come from"
well that is me. its just one of those things I never realized over time. and now, I just cant stand to look at myself.
I have over 15 pairs of jeans and 20 pairs of shorts and skirts and tons of shirts.. that just dont fit anymore. summer is coming and currently I have NO shorts and 2 pairs of pants and some shirts. I am not buying bigger anymore. because it seems like just yesterday I was sad I had to buy a size 11 jeans. ..then just recently I bought a size 13. I put on a size 11 today.. and couldnt get them up :(
I feel ashamed. and it ends there.
Today I have decided it needs to go.
I have a treadmill and just ran over an hour. I sat my husband down and told him I need his support and how much this means to me. so each night he has agreed to not let me slack, to make sure I keep this.
3 years ago, I gave birth to my daughter, the morning I gave birth I was 129 pounds.
today I am 165
my daughter was c section.
12 months ago I gave birth to my son. I gave birth at 150 pounds.
so in 12 months I gained 15 pounds.
any advice to help me at this moment would be great.

and I continued to push and changed my diet a bit, ABOUT how long should it take?
I weight the same as you. Sadly I gained a lot of weight with my kids. I was 124 before I was pregnant.
I am trying to get back to that. slowly it has been coming off.

don't know how long it will take as it depends on your build and how much you stick to your plan. But it doesn't have to rule your life. I wouldn't make any drastic changes, it's got to be realistic or you wont carry on with it, especially if you have two kids too.
Make little changes, portion control helps, try using smaller plates, and don't starve yourself. Try to cut out butter etc. My sister lost a lot of weight when she cut out sugar. It's impossible to cut it all out as it's in a lot of foods we don't even realize. Also, try to eat wholegrains and more fruit and veg.
I started this a couple of weeks ago and have lost 9lbs so far. I heard that it takes your body about 6 weeks to get into a new habit, but I think the first week or so are easy then it gets harder, hopefully it'll get easier again. But keep thinking about those clothes you want to fit into. And also, don't be too hard on yourself, you have a 12 month old and a 3 year old, you probably have hardly any time to yourself and are a bit sleep deprived too, that makes me eat more, being tired!
Good luck, just keep picturing how good you'll feel when you fit in those clothes again :)

Yes, have totally felt this way. I was the same about 10 months after my son was born... but you can do this!!
